  My experience with Napa has always been 5 star until recently. End of 2015 start of 2016 I bought new batteries for my 2001 dodge ram diesel. I sent my mum because she is retired and I was busy working on my truck. She brought back my batteries and I just dropped them in. In any case she lost the receipt on her way back. Who knows how.... (I always keep my receipts. I have my entire history from when I was a kid.) Anyways... so last month I wanted to fix up and drive my truck but have decided to restore it brakes paint new interior bumpers lights etc etc now it won't start and I had a trickle charger on it. Apparently my batteries were made in 2013 which is crazy because I didn't own my truck then and I was in another country. So someone got me good by selling me through my mother old batteries. I'm told this is impossible because of the turn over on batteries.... im also told they also froze which is also why I am being denied any service. I have been driving for 14 years and had many cars truck vans all with batteries lol and this has been a mild winter.... hmmmm I went to Napa for some good batteries to avoid all of this and now I have to spend that same money all over again. Sad part is i dont have that kind of money. The parts i have i bought over a year ago for this project. Great service because someone got me good and I'm made out to be a liar.
